Molecular Systematics - AN EPISTEMOLOGICAL ERROR

To build a phylogeny .... makes sense only if we start from the theory of evolution.

The theory of evolution is not standing on genetics! But in comparisons, fossiles and anatomy.

On the contrary ... historically genetic leaned on the theory of evolution.

So is a serious epistemological error ... give privilege to Molecular Systematics to the detriment

of safe anatomical, biogeographic, physiological and ecological analyzes.

Built on solid foundations. Which maintain their consistency with each new discovery.

Those who follow the Molecular Systematics know it's a "new wave" and still aimlessly.

These phylogenies have no stability. Just see ! Neither are  true phylogenies! 

The molecular clock alone can only say that one time period is twice as long as another:

it cannot assign concrete dates. To achieve this, the molecular clock must first be calibrated

against independent evidence about dates, such as the fossil record. Benton, M. J. and

Besides this...mutation and selection are very different things.

This is another error in the use of this type of data.

The selection of horses, dogs and guanaco is prehistoric, as well as grafts and strains, (and it is EVOLUTION) did not depend on modern genetic knowledge.

Construir uma filogenia....só faz sentido se partirmos da Teoria da Evolução.

A Teoria da Evolução não está apoiada na genética ! Mas em comparações, fósseis e anatomia.

Pelo contrário...historicamente a genética se apoiou na Teoria da Evolução.

Portanto é um grave erro epistemológico...dar privilégio à Sistemática Molecular, em detrimento das seguras análises anatômicas, biogeográficas, fisiológicas e ecológicas.

Construídas sobre bases sólidas. Que mantêm sua coerência a cada nova descoberta.

Quem acompanha a Sistemática Molecular sabe que é uma "onda nova" e ainda sem rumo definido.

Essas filogenias não possuem estabilidade. Basta ver ! Nem são filogenias verdadeiras !

A seleção de cavalos, cães e guanacos é pré-histórica, assim como os enxertos e as cepas,

(e isso é EVOLUÇÃO)  não dependeram dos conhecimentos da moderna genética.
